Foreman AI is a business operating system for contractors that includes tools for lead management, estimates, contracts, invoices, job tracking, and automated communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $197/month.
Foreman AI enables contractors to send SMS messages to their customers for job updates, appointment confirmations, missed call follow-ups, and drip campaigns. By providing a phone number to a contractor using Foreman AI, customers consent to receive these messages.
Message frequency: Varies based on contractor activity and campaign settings.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
Subscription fees are billed monthly at $197/month. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial months.
SMS features require users to provide their own Twilio account credentials. Users are responsible for their Twilio account usage, costs, and compliance with Twilio's terms of service and applicable messaging laws.
Foreman AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
